The Demonstration Kitchen is within a Biotech building in South San Francisco. The company develops cooking oils and flour from algae. Potential vendors are invited to the kitchen for demonstrations of the potentials uses of the oils and flours. After the demonstration, the food prepared is enjoyed in the Dining area at a rustic table that can seat up to 15 people.
The space includes a full working kitchen, and dining area that seats ups to 15, and a product display wall and counter.
